Let Us Know How to Use Your Gift
If you have already included a gift for the University in your estate plan, thank you! We hope you will share your gift plans with us, without obligation, by completing our Statement of Future Gift form.
This form is used to document your wishes for the use of your future gift. As with any gift to the University, you may choose to direct your future gift to a specific campus, college, or program. If you are unsure how you would like your future gift to be used and would like to discuss options that would be meaningful to you, please contact us at email@example.com or 218-726-7989 or 866-726-7110 (toll free).
You can also use this form to indicate your preferences for recognition. All donors who make a future gift to the University are welcomed into the Presidents Club Heritage Society, which recognizes donors who have chosen to make contributions that will benefit the University beyond their lifetimes. Note: You can share your gift intentions with us and still remain anonymous.
The Statement of Future Gift form is not legally binding on you or your estate and can be modified by you at any time. Any details you choose to share about your future gift will remain confidential.
